process, includes architectural design, application fees, environmental reports, and legal fees. We manage everything to ensure the best chance of success.
Once planning permission is secured (usually within 6-12 months), we buy the agreed plot at the pre-agreed price (per the option agreement), providing you with a significant financial return.
Following the sale of the plot, you typically receive between £100k-400k cash in hand (depending on plot potential), providing you with a substantial and immediate financial boost, all without any upfront costs, risks or hassle on your part.
Typically, the process from initial evaluation to sale can take between 6 to 12 months, depending on the specifics of your property and local planning regulations.
